We are a Charitable company registered with the Charity Commission governed by a Board of Directors. Our Directors are unpaid volunteers chosen for their skills and experience relevant to any aspect of the Charity’s work

 

Phoenix Homes Colchester(PHC) staff manage the houses and provide support to residents.
